Is it really free for clubs up to 12 players?
Yes — forever. The free tier is 12 seats: 12 players when you coach the squad yourself, or 11 players plus an invited coach. That's a full cricket XI with a reserve, so a single team runs on Pavilion at zero cost. No credit card, no trial wall.
How does the annual subscription work?
One charge per year for the whole club — unlimited coaches, parents, and teams. We email you 14 days before each renewal so there are no surprises on the card. Pause for the off-season or cancel in one click from your dashboard — no support call, no retention chat. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What's included in every tier?
The full Pavilion platform. Scheduling, attendance, assessments, video feedback, parent invites, match scorecards, native apps. Free clubs get the same features as Unlimited — just with a smaller player cap.
What happens when my roster grows past the cap?
We'll prompt you to upgrade when you try to add the player that would exceed your cap. Nothing breaks for existing players; you just need to pick a bigger pass to add more. Upgrade any time mid-season — no re-purchase, no proration weirdness, simple.
Do parents pay anything?
Never. The club admin pays a single annual subscription and that covers unlimited coaches and unlimited parents. Parents only ever see their own children.
What about federations or multi-club academies?
Federations, leagues, multi-site academies, and white-label setups go through a custom quote. Tell us about your setup in the form below and we'll get back to you with specifics.
